Delivery Information

Delivery usually takes place within 48 hours for orders inside Amman and 72 hours for orders to be delivered to the governorates after confirming the order, taking into consideration weekends and official holidays.

The delivery cost is calculated according to the region as follows:

• Delivery in Amman is free for orders above 20 dinars.
• The cost of delivery within Amman for orders less than 20 dinars is 2.5 dinars.
• The cost of delivery to the governorates is 4 dinars.

We prepare the order within 24 hours of confirmation, and we contact the customer to arrange delivery, in case there was no answer from the customer, we will keep trying to call over the next 5 days, and in the event that there still was no answer for any reason after 5 days the order gets canceled.

Orders are delivered through an approved delivery company and are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy stated on our website.

We will not charge the customer any fees in case the order is canceled, provided that we are informed of the desire to cancel the order before handing it to the representative of the delivery company, and in the event that the order is canceled after sending it out for delivery, the customer is obliged to pay the delivery fee for that order.

The delivery representative collects the value of the order and the cost of delivery from the customer when the order is delivered according to the attached invoice. In the case of electronic payment, please write a note when confirming the order or inform us about it when calling.
